"Take" is an indie song created by a band named Echoes. After receiving their permission, we brainstormed and developed a music video about bipolarism.

This project was a new challenge as we incorporated stop motion into the visual narrative. After studying the applications of dynamic lighting, we made extensive use of it in relation to the character's mental state. Furthermore, the recurring motif of the colors red and blue represents the disconnect that her bipolar disorder makes her feel.

After submitting this music video to the 2017 British Columbia Student Film Festival, my team and I are happy to say we received a nomination!
