I just finished the design to my sketchbook cover! When looking at the cover, you will see the dominant crescent moon hovering in the sky with the Sun emerging from the clouds. A large school of gleaming fish is flowing down from the blue river. At the end of the river, another school of orange fish emerge from a bright crowd in the opposite direction. The blue river is contrasted with the glowing lanterns which represent hope for a new future.
This cover represents my creative process as most of my ideas come to me at night. I take inspiration from my dreams and keep a notebook next to my bed which is filled with sleepy scribbles and doodles. That is why my cover features a dreamlike scene where ideas come and go, and come again.
